The KBAC is building a demonstration project on the shoreline of Ka'elepulu Pond. This project will build a park for residents and homeowners that will provide a shoreline landscape that is not only attractive but also provides effective sediment and runnof conltrol measures for Ka'elepulu Pond. Also, while the park is being built, students from neighborhood schools will be building a 'virtual park' for the internet. This project will provide 'hands on' water quality education for Hawaii's residents.
