Todd Cullison started with KBAC in August 2006 as the Watershed Restoration Action Strategy Coordinator. Todd has nearly ten years of community-based watershed restoration experience including large-scale stream restoration design, project effectiveness monitoring, grant writing, community dynamics and watershed planning. Prior to this position, Todd spent five and half years with the Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce in Astoria, Oregon working with local watershed councils focusing on salmon restoration. Prior to his position in Oregon, Todd worked in watershed restoration at the Center for Environmental Education at Washington State University
