Contractor Picture
 Tetra Tech, EM Inc., an environmental consulting firm, has was hired by KBAC to work with interested individuals, organizations, government agencies, and an Advisory Stakeholder Group (ASG) to identify problems, prioritize corrective measures, and to outline a plan to improve the water quality in the Kailua waterways system.

These DRAFT Documents are available, but have not been approved by KBAC. These files are extremely large and will take a long time to download even with a fast internet connection.
